This really does not make sense. Can you explain why you believe it is cookies that are the cause

everyone else, the problem is solved by clearing cookies. BUT,

when i type in youtube and click on it it says 400 bad request apache server at www.youtube.com port 80 and it really annoys me cause i love youtube please help!!!!!

This is what i did for my mac... Click safari at the top next to the apple. Click preferences Click security Click show cookies about halfway down Then in the new window click remove all then yes.... Worked for me
