How do i connect my nexus 7 2nd generation to my acoustic solutions tv model LCD32761HDF, I want to watch filmon on a large screen?

Buy a Google Chromecast and plug it into your TV HDMI port. Setup is easy, just follow the onscreen instructions. You can cast your screen if whatever movie app you're using doesn't have specific Chromecast support. I don't work for Google! I find this works great for me and it wasn't hugely expensive either.

You can't access it simply because it doesn't exist - your tv has only one HDMI jack.
Your only option is to use a HDMI switch, one like

Check the connections. If you have a DVI input or a HDMI input you can connect your laptop. You can also check the connect panel section of the manual to locate the proper input for the computer. You will need to get the right cable to connect the laptop vga to the HDMI or DVI input.

My acoustic solutions lcd26805hd tv has started flickering really badly every time I switch it on. The flickering goes on for about 30 minutes before it calms down. I have checked all the connections at the back of the tv - all ok. This happens whether I watch cable or a dvd.

YOu should have option in the DVD you were watching..

When the menu plays you should have the option to switch it to 16:9 or 4:3, if this option doesnt have the menu, then you have to use the option from the TV, but this option doesnt work with the Scart lead, you should connect it throught the RCA cable to enable changing modes
