There are a few things that would cause your porblem. If everything (indoor fan, outdoor fan and compressor) is running then you could be low on refrigerant. Have a qualified technician test it for you.

What is going on with our Goodman unit?

If your going to pay that much just have them put in a new unit. It is not that much more and you can get free financing. All the repairman can do is guess and keep putting in new parts till it works. Had a new unit put in and it still didn't work found out it was a bad thermostat. But at lest we don't have the repair bills or high electric bill anymore so it paid for its self in saved money.

AC unit outside blowing out cold air, vents

Sounds like compressor not running. may be a bad capacitor, could also be low on freon.

I have a Goodman A/C unit. When I turn on the therostat the outside fan does not turn though there is a mild buzz sound. The blower blows warm air inside of my house. What could the problem be?

Does the cpompressor come on if not the sound you here maybe the contactor. Check float switch inside. It is underneath the unit or in front of the air handler. Drain stopped up need to blow out drain. Check outside breakers. possible bad capacitor on unit. Need service tech. Rusty

Brand new goodman 2 and half ton package unit runing all the time

Sounds like the Thermostat or board is wired incorrectly(being new)
have the installer come back and rewire it.
