Problem for Pinnacle Dazzle DVD Recorder

Bought Dazzle DVD Recorder - PVC100 - installed

Bought Dazzle DVD Recorder - PVC100 - installed software with no problem BUT... When I hook up the device it says it can't find driver - tried many tricks - can't seem to get it going - the Icon is available on desktop - the software even opens up - BUT when I go to "Select Source" - device is not available - VCR does not show up - Frustrated

your source should either be composite or s-video, which ever
connection that you used to connect from your vcr to the Dazzle
