Question about iRiver U10 Digital Media Player
What would I do when "Cannot load the music Data base" display on my i-river u10 device??.. help me please!!
Music Database refers to the information you see on the screen (i.e. Artist, Album, etc.) The device needs some free space in order to create this list.
The device is either too full, or the database is corrupt.
First, try connecting to your PC and deleting about 10 to 15 tracks. Restart the device and see if that helps.
If not, Try formatting the device thru My Computer>Device name (U10)>Right Click and select format.(this will erase everything on the device)
