Go to www.dell.com and go to support and enter your service tag number and it will take you right to your Product and select driver downloads look and find your sound card and install ALL the drivers and re boot after they have all been unzipped and installed and when the computer comes on you should have sound.

I mistakenly deleted my food log from my screen.

IF computer = Windows
THEN GOTO
Recycle Bin.

Click the file-icons for what you want back.
Select 'Restore these files'.

BUT.....
As deleted files are secretly marked by Windows as 'write-space available', there is a chance that work done since then has over-written the disk area where files were.

In which case restoring is not possible.

Hi, I have mistakenly deleted truesizer from my computer and when I have tried to reload it I get the message ' New merge file holder object 1' and 'cannot create a file when that file already exists'

How did you delete that program? Obviously it is not totally gone. You need to run a search or manually look for files and folders related to that program and delete those. Then download and run a program called CCleaner from Piriform.com (free version). Use the registry cleaner option to remove any related items for truesizer. Then reboot the computer and try to install it again.

It should not effect the booting of the computer as it boots from drive C. You can delete it using file explorer.

Deleted files with no backup by mistake now it wont reset

best way to recover any file is by using recovery software, but you must act quickly before that file will gone forever because everything that you do, installing, downloading anything you do can make this file lost forever, my best recommendation is this data recovery which helped me before

Lost files due to pop up virus

If this virus really deletes the files its really hard to recover it. But if the virus just hide your files. You can still recover it. Just unhide all hide files then look for your files if it is still there. If you can make a copy do it. You can also do this way. Type the filename you need on the search bar and use look also for hidden files option.

If you can make a copy do it. Then test it on a different computer with a good known updated antivirus installed. If your needed files will be deleted by that antivirus, if not then that solves your problem. Your other files to be follow.

Hope this helps you.

For the pop up virus deal with it, try to use Avira free antivirus.

Also what is youre operating system? If this doesn't help you we can device another solution

Pop up on computer says I have low disk space on hp-recovery(d) but I have nothing on that drive to get rid of

well..that's a drive that HP sets aside, as part of your c drive for recovery. you can back that up online, or elsewhere, and then wipe that part clean..if you like.. but be careful NOT to wipe the other side of the disk..

another approach, is to re partion the drive, but that's not something that I advise for just anyone.
