Question about Dell (3996D) Sound Card
Go to www.dell.com and go to support and enter your service tag number and it will take you right to your Product and select driver downloads look and find your sound card and install ALL the drivers and re boot after they have all been unzipped and installed and when the computer comes on you should have sound.
