TV won't turn on, standby LED starts blinking

I have a Sony Trinitron Wega KV-27FS120 that won't turn on. When I plug it in, the first time I hit the power button, a relay or something inside it clicks onand the standby LED blinks some random number of times, pauses, blinks again with no set amount of blinks, then the TV clicks off and the LED continouosly blinks four times. Before this point, the blink codes don't seem to ever be the same.

Then, if I hit the power button again at that point, the TV clicks, blinks three times, pauses briefly, blinks three more times, pauses longer, and blinks four times. Then the TV clicks again, and starts blinking continuously four times.
