Kodak m1033 switching itself off


Hi,
There may be any of the three fault in your device.
  • Battery got died up (Need to replace)
  • Your Charger may be faulty, try to charge it through USB Cable by connecting it to your system (computer), I case your camera have facility to charge it from computer.
  • ON/OFF switch may be malfunctioning (shorted).

Kodak M1033 lens comes out but will not go back


Here are the steps: 1. Make sure you will install a new or fully charged battery/batteries into your camera. 2. Clean the battery contacts. a. Remove the battery/batteries and the memory card from your camera, then wipe the battery contacts with a soft, clean cloth. b. Reinstall the battery/batteries into your camera. Please make sure that you are installing a fresh/ fully charged battery c. Without the memory card, turn your camera on. 3. Please test with the a different battery If you do not have access to another battery Try these steps instead: Please take the battery out of the camera. b. Insert the charger into the unit from the main socket and turn the camera on. If the camera works you will need to replace the battery. If you camera doesn?t switch on you will need to order a No power repair or a new cable. My M1033 will power on and then it just powers


Make sure that you are installing a fresh/ full charge battery
Remove the battery
Clean the metal contacts on the battery using a clean cloth

Pls test with an alt. batt.
If you do not have access to a dif. battery.
Pls. take the batt out of the camera. Insert the charger into the unit from the main socket and turn the camera on. If the camera works you will need to replace the batt. If not you will need to order a No power repair.

Kodak M1033 shuts off


The problem you describe is frequently the result of dirty/corroded battery contacts in the camera. Try removing the batteries and cleaning the inside contacts with a fine wire brush, steel wool, or fine sandpaper. Remove any residue left from the cleaning, then replace the batteries. Hopefully all will be well.

check battery and powersetting i have the c813 and itr powers of auto based on the settiing i choose. and when batt. life is low.

Kodak M1033 will not turn on sometimes unless you remove and then replace the battery.


when i turn my camera on it shuts off after 3 or 4 seconds and will not sray on
