The suggestions were helpful, but I found that if you push and hold the top left button(light) it will show Off. Then press the bottom button on the left and it will scroll through the functions to set everytime you push that button. The buttons on the right are the plus or minus. The top is the plus. Therefore it would increase the days of the week etc. Just stupid that there are no instructions.

When The Watch Is In Normal Time Mode, Press The "SET" Button. Then Keep Pressing The "ST/SP" Button Until The Time Is What You Want. Then Press The "MODE" Button To Move On To The Next Field. When You Are Completely Done, Just Press The "SET" Button Again. Hope This Helped
