I'm sorry to hear about your misfortune, however that tends to be a defect in the phone. Especially if you have dropped it recently, or got it wet....anything like that would explain it.
Sometimes phones are defective when you get them but just haven't gone bad yet. There are no keypad settings on that phone so it's nothing like that.
Basically you will need to replace the phone be it phone insurance or out of your own pocket. Phones these days are to cheap to be repaired.
