Cd drive will not read new Photoshop

I bought the Photoshop for my wife. I attempted the load process but it didn't read the CD. I can play music and MS Windows XP program CDs.

I inserted the disk in two laptops and they read.

I played around with the BIOS, still nothing.

Any solutions? Could it simply be a bad cd/dvd player?

- I resolved it by buying a new CD/DVR internal drive.

It could but you need to open up your windows media player and go to properties and tools select it to allow all licenses to be auto detected on the internet also be sure you have the latest media player up date, if you don't it will not function correctly, also make sure you have the latest codex for windows movie maker player.

try another cd may be your photoshop cd corrupt
