I usually used replacement inks, until I used much cheaper from china. I just replace the Black cartridge, then it prints, but no images/letters, I tried cleaning the print head but no result. Then i try to print it in color with my previous color cartridge that still loaded with inks, no result too. I mean it prints, but no images/letters/colors... blank. So what is the problem? Hardware? Software?
Please help me, Thank You.
