Cloudy dishes and hard water

I have a SMEG dishwasher (built-in model) and the water here is very hard. The machine was working very good until today when all the dishes got very cloudy, probably due to the hard water. I have filled the machine with salt crystals but the dishes are still very cloudy. What shall I do?

You need to use a product called Lemi Shine. It works amazingly well. You can get it at your local grocery store.

Cloudy looking dishes?

Check water quality. If more of calcium or hardness is present, this situation could occur. As per manufacturers directions fill salt meant for dish washers, in the dispenser provide in the door( Inside). This will improve the quality of the water.

Fill rinse aid liquid as per the directions. Refer user manual.

No water heater problem. Make sure you are using rinse aid formula and back off the soap to 1/2 of what you were using.
