Question about Nokia 6300 Cellular Phone
If you know exactly how to do it (many good forums around with very clear explications), updating your firmware will install latest (stable) firmware. if your problem is strictly software related (having installed and deleted many program, messed around with it a lot) this will definately be good for the phone. if the problem is hardware related (just getting old, defective etc.), there might be a chance a new firmware helps out a bit. In any case updating a firmware (if done properly) can never harm your phone.
