Put the MP3's you want into 'My Device' 'My Doucments' 'My Ringtones' folder on the X1 then go to Start, Settings, Sounds & Notifications, Then Tab to 'Notifications' and the MP3 you put in the 'My Ringtones' directory will now be in the drop down menu for you to attach to a event type.

Can't set my own mp3 on my w960i ):

You can try converting it to 3GP instead of MP3, that might help.

Sony Ericsson W890i ringtone and alarm doesnt make noise walkman works.

The front speaker needs replacing. Songs/MP3's are played through the back speakers, thats why you can hear them when you play them individually.

Ive been quoted around £50 from an online mobile phone repair centre to replace it.

Needless to say, Ive sent my phone back for a refund, and i wont be buying this phone again.

Unblock cell phone

Using your songs as the ringtone totally depends on your mobile if there is an option you can but first thing you have to make sure that you mobile must support mp3,wma,acc etc as ringtone because the phone those dosen't support song as ringtone are mostly support midi, rff, etc ringtone
