Cant upload files from phone
i bought a new LG u8330 phone and i cant upload the files to the computer, i have the lg phone manager that came with the phone but its useless. to top it all off the phone only has connection via USB ir IRDA and the irda is useless also. its brand new just doesnt seem to work. my 2 friends also have this problem with their LG phones. please help :(

i had the blackberry pearl but it got water damage so i got the t339 and put my old memory card into it and now i cant get my computer to read my files or even detect that my phone is connected to my computer through a data cord. all it does is charge it. i cant transfer anything...
