Ok, so I am visiting India, and i want to use the actiontec GT704WG so our laptops can have wireless internet acsess. The computer here is connected to a Sterlite ethernet router - and it works fine. But when i connect my actiontec so other laptops can connect - it fails. Internet won't work. All the wires are plugged in properly. Is it some IP address issue? help!

We have tried to set up a laptop both with wired and wireless. The laptop finally times out with both wired and wireless, and the system assigns an Automatic IP Address. This is on a Windows 7 OS Dell Inspiron. The computer has no issues logging in on my hard wire network, nor does it have an issues logging in else where. No errors reported in the hardware manager. Also, I have not been able to login with my own smart phone or tablet. However, others can get on to the Q1000 with issues. I already checked the Q1000 for MAC Filtering and it was disabled. Any thoughts?
