Question about Dell U0636 Mouse
The mouse (Dell Premium Optical Mouse) does not work when the Laptop is started. MAybe after 5 -10 minutes it miraculously responds.
The red light is not on immediately.
Seems like a slow start up issue.
It sounds to me like the mouse buillt into your laptop is conflicting with the Dell external mouse. If you go into control panel and click on mouse, you can disable your built-in mouse. Restart your computer with the USB mouse plugged in and see if that does the trick. I would be surprised if it does not. On the off chance it doesn't work, you will have to enable your built-in mouse and we can check to see if there are any additional conflicts happening through your hardware profiles in the system area of control panel.
