Trying to backup iPhone 6s on my computer using iTunes and keep getting error code 54.

Please refer to the following link:
https://www.imobie.com/support/how-to-fix-itunes-sync-iphone-error.htm

How to Fix Unknown Error (-54) about iPhone/iPad/iPod Cannot Be Synced Sometimes fixing your iTunes sync error (-54) seems a little difficult because it is hard to find which files cause this problem. In this case, you have to sync separately to find what kind of data you can't sync. For example, you can sync only songs to iPhone 6 or iPhone 7 to check whether the music files cause this unknown error (-54).
Of course, there are some common tips you can try to fix this error:
  • Update your iTunes to latest version, now the latest version is iTunes 12.6.2.
  • Upgrade iPhone/iPad/iPod touch to latest iOS operating system. Now you can update to iOS 10.3.3. (The iOS 11 will come out soon, you can update to it when it is available.)
  • Authorize computer in iTunes.Open iTunes > Choose "Store" on iTunes menu and authorize your computer.
  • Change permissions of your "iTunes" folder or original files/folder. You can find the originals that you want to transfer to iOS device and change permission. iMore give us one example to change "Read Only" permission of "iTunes folder" to fix iTunes sync error (-54) on Window 10:
Open Windows Explorer > Go to "Music" folder > Right Click "iTunes" folder > Properties > Uncheck "Read Only".
  • Run iTunes in administrative mode. Sign in to Windows as an administrator > Right click iTunes icon > Select "Properties" > Select "Compatibility" > Check to run as administrator.
  • (For Windows iTunes users) Install all available Windows update service packs. iTunes sync error may be caused by incompatible driver on your windows pc.
  • Use an iTunes alternative After trying solutions mentioned, if your iPhone still cannot be synced due to unknown error occurred (-54), you can try some iTunes alternative, like AnyTrans. As one of the best iTunes alternatives, AnyTrans allows you to transfer media files (like Music, Playlists, Movies, TV Shows, Podcasts, iTunes U, Audiobooks, Voice Memos, Apps, Ringtones, etc.), and won't erase the existing data on your iPhone iPad. Click Here to Download AnyTrans >

How tro fix a Error 13019 during syncing your ipod touch with itunes

Select the iPhone or iPod touch in iTunes under Devices.

Click the Music tab and deselect the Sync Music option.

Click Apply and then click Sync.

After the sync is complete, reselect the Sync Music option.

Click Apply and then click Sync.

If the Error 13019 occurs while syncing content other than music (applications, podcasts, and so on), then perform the same steps above but uncheck the content that stops syncing with Error 13019.

If the steps above do not resolve the issue, attempt to sync an empty iTunes music library to the device while logged in as a new admin user

How to copy my ringtones from iPhone 6s to iPhone 7 Plus?

When you want to transfer ringtones from old iPhone to new iPhone, you will come up with the sync problem when using iTunes. iTunes provides a "Transfer Purchases" function for the you to transfer purchased items back to iTunes library, but the customized ringtones cannot be transferred back. If you are not sure about how to use the "Transfer Purchases" function of iTunes, check out the following tutorial.

1. Start iTunes, and go to "Edit > Preference > Devices". Check "Prevent iPods, iPhones and iPads from syncing automatically".
connect iphone to itunes.
2. Connect your old iPhone to PC via USB cable, then double click on the iTunes icon to launch the iTunes app on your computer if it did not start automatically when your iPhone is connected to computer.
3. Click "File > Device > Transfer Purchases" at the upper corner. Then click "Apply" at the right bottom. iTunes will automatically sync the transferred items to iTunes library, and the purchased ringtones will be transferred back as well.
4. Then disconnect the old iPhone from computer. Connect your new iPhone to iTunes following the step 2. Click on your iPhone, click the "Tones" to open the ringtones tab. Check the box for "Sync Tones" and then check the boxes for the ringtones you want to sync. There are 2 options avaliable, check "All tones" to choose all the ringtone files to sync, or check "Selected tones" to select the specified ringtones that you want to transfer. Finally click "Sync" button in the bottom right corner of iTunes, it will start transferring ringtones from iPhone to iPhone via iTunes. The synced ringtone files will appear on your iPhone as a ringtone automatically.

If you want transfer customized ringtones between 2 iPhones, you may need a 3rd party tool on your computer. Feel free to read the following tutorial for details.

Wont turn on completly

This means the device was reset to factory settings. You need to connect the device to iTunes. Go to a Mac or PC with iTunes, start iTunes and connect iPhone to the Mac/PC and follow on-screen directions. You will need to reestablish your iTunes account to the iPhone for apps and music (assuming you use iPhone for apps and music). If you have only download apps/music to iPhone and never performed a sync/backup to iTunes (really bad idea, BTW), I would suggest making an appointment at apple.com with the Genius bar at a local Apple store.

I cannot sync movies with my iphone4 it says unknown error 13019?what does that mean?

Error 13019 during sync:
Please update to the latest version of iTunes. The latest version of iTunes can be downloaded from http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/. If updating to latest version of iTunes does not resolve the issue, continue:
Please follow the same steps if the error occurs while syncing content other than music (applications, podcasts, and so on), but deselect the content that stops the sync. Deselect one type of content, then attempt to sync. Continue until you sync without error. Deselect Apps last, since restoring your Apps would take longer than restoring other content.
Error occurs while syncing music: The error will most commonly occur while syncing music. This issue can be resolved by following these steps:
Select the iPhone or iPod touch in iTunes under Devices. Click the Music tab and under the Sync music option, choose Selected playlists. Deselect the Voice Memos playlist. Click Apply and then click Sync. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, check the device and the iTunes library for duplicate voice memos. If you find any duplicate voice memos, delete the duplicates and then sync.
If those steps do not resolve the issue, then follow these steps:
Select the iPhone or iPod touch in iTunes under Devices. Click the Music tab and deselect the Sync Music option. Click Apply and then click Sync. After the sync is complete, reselect the Sync Music option. Click Apply and then click Sync. Test in a new user account
If the steps above do not resolve the issue, attempt to sync with iTunes while logged in as a new admin user. Follow these steps to create a new administrator user:
Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 From the Start menu, choose Control Panel. Open User Accounts. Select Create a new account and follow the instructions to complete the account setup process. Once the new account is created, choose Log Off from the Start menu. Log in to the newly created user account.
Mac OS X From the Apple menu, choose System Preferences. Choose View > Accounts. Click the "+" (you may need to authenticate to be able to click this). Give the new user account a name and short name and enter a password. Select the checkbox for "Allow user to administer this computer". This makes the user an admin user. Click Create Account. Log out and then log in to the new account. If the error does not occur in the new user account, other content is causing the error. Proceed to the next section.
If the error does occur in the new user account, the issue may be caused by content downloaded or created on the device, such as podcasts and voice memos. Removing content from the device may address the issue.

My i phone just shut down, and when i try to charge it, what appears is an image of a charger and "i tune "

This is normal behaviour for a new iPhone, you need to install iTunes from http://www.apple.com/itunes/ The screen shows a USB cable and the iTunes logo. For first time use, you need to set up your phone and sync it with iTunes. After you have downloaded and installed iTunes, open it by clicking on the icon that should have been placed on your desktop, and then plug your iPhone in via the USB cable. iTunes will guide you through the process.
This can also occur if you have had some error with your phone, in this case, it is prompting you to restore the original software, this is also accomplished the same way as above. This screen also may have accidentally shown up if you kept the home (bottom) button pressed while plugging it into your computer if it was off.
If you are confident that no error occured with your phone, try pressing the sleep and home buttons at the same time and holding them for 10seconds. The phone should start up normally. If not, then continue the iTunes procedure illustrated above.

Wont down load itune on new ipod that i had already purchased.

What do you mean you can't download iTunes? Did you purchase an iPod Touch? If yes, it comes pre installed with iTunes on the homescreen. Also, you have to go to iTunes.com and download the program on your pc so you can sync your iPod and download music, movies and applications for your new iPod

IPhone 3G Error 0xE8000001

I just had this problem and it turned out to be... It didn't like my iPod cable. Switched to the iPhone cable and it worked.
Seems to be an iPhone 2.0 prob, or 3g prob, since I was using the iPod cable to sync my old iPhone just fine.
