Dear Chirpy1,
Assuming that you are running Microsoft Windows Vista OS on your PC .. Might be this update would help you.. its a manual update and is not a part of automatic updates that your computer downloads automatically.

Please let me know if the card works after installing this update.
If not then please try using the card on some different compter .. that way we would be able to know if its a problem with the card or with that particular computer.
Hope that helps.

Transfer or delete the pictures via a card reader. Put the card back into the camera and format the memory card. If the memory card doesn't work properly after this action, it is probably faulty.

You can find a direct download link to the manual of your camera here:,d.ZWU

I was listening music on my mobile, after a hour ,battery becomes empty, then i restart my phone (after charging) the meory card becomes corrupted

This is true that if the power unexpectedly turns off - this causes data writing errors on your memory card (but the card itself isn't damaged).
To solve this some digital cameras, phones or other devices offer automatic data repair process. If there is no such automatic and manual repair in your phone/device - do the following steps:
1) Attach your device to the PC via cable (sometimes this won't work if the device doesn't give the PC users enough permissions) or alternatively take out your memory card, put it inside the USB memory card reader (see various types of memory card readers:, and plug the reader in the USB slot of your PC.
2) Go to: My Computer (or Win+E keyboard shortcut) > Right click on the drive representing the Memory Card > Properties > Tools > Check Now... > Check both boxes to fix errors.

Camera card error

Basically you can format the card using the camera or a computer which may get it working again or just replace it with a new one. A 2gb card is fairly inexpensive to replace.

Insert your memory card into your computer's reader if you have one. If not, you can purchase a multi-format USB Memory Card reader from or
Open up 'My Computer'. You should see it under the list of available drives.
Check its contents first to make sure that you have the right drive.
In 'My Computer', right-click on the drive and choose 'Format'.
Leave all the options as they are and click on 'Start'. This is a non-reversible process so make sure this is what you truly wanted to do in the first place.
Once the process is completed, take the memory card out and insert it into your Digital Camera or any other device. Try to browse to it to make sure it works fine now.

1 u can try to plug it into various different ports on the computer
2 u can report the device faulty to either the store that you bought it from or the owning company and get a free exchange.

Error openx menu dat error

Take all the memory contents out to your computer as backup, format your memory to fat32 and put all the memory contents again to the memory from your computer. If not working try downloading the card system files from the card manufacturer site, these files are needed to run the card just like the operative system in your PC, if these files get corrupt or deleted the card wont work.
