First, start at the top and make sure the hanging bracket is tight against the electrical box. If your fan has a downrod, make sure the set screw is tight. Next, check the blade holder and make sure they're tight. Then check the blades screws. If one of the blade holders are bent, even a little, they would need to be replaced. And lastly, check the blades to see if they are warped. If so, they would need to be replaced.
You can take plumbers tape and wrap about 5 to 8 turns around the shaft threads and put blade on and cap. (Plumbers tape is white plastic tape on a roll with a pop off cap like medical tape comes in)
Look up zorotools.com and they should have a fan blade you can use it is most anything you can think of so maybe you can find the fan blade you need. Hope this will help Norm.

That is a good question. My Model FTR184 Windchaser fan is not working either (has standby light on, and doesn't run, even when temperature setpoint is reduced to less than room temperature (in the PS - personal settings - mode), and more frustratingly, even in the FAN mode, where there is not supposed to be a Standby mode. That darned red Standby LED light just stays on no matter what mode I have fan in (though it does go off when I operate the Power on/off switch to turn everything off.
So, I agree with Lease. Why isn't our fan model listed? And, of course, what is wrong with mine.
