Question about Sharp Office Equipment & Supplies
Sharp xe a 201 cash register has an e.3.2 error, when I type in the clerk number, I get an E.0.2 error, What am I doing wrong?
Hello, my name is Curtis, and I am a Sharp Customer Service Rep. What you are going to want to do first is press the CL on the grey keys, then the ESC in the bottom left corner twice, (CL ESC ESC.) Then on the grey keys type in the clerk number (01) and press that blue, CLK# key above the department keys, the screen should read -01- from there you should be able to press the CA/AT/NS key and the drawer will open and you will be ready to go.
