Question about HP OfficeJet 6110 All-In-One InkJet Printer

1 Answer

Connections by wireless and wire

I have a Hewlett Packard OfficeJet 6110 All-In-One InkJet Printer and I have just bought a Netgear wireless print server to hook it up with .... the problem is I want to be able to use the printer either way. But I am not able to get it working both ways. I can make it print by going through the wireless set up but then I can't get it set up to change over to the wired set up so that I can use the scanner to scan in pictures. Seems when I try to set it up for both it goes to a gernic printer setting and I don't have all the bells and whisles to use. Can you help ....

Unable to connect to wireless router

I would suggest that you uninstall the software and start over. First install the software with the printer OFF. Then turn the printer on and follow the prompts.

Good luck!

I've broken the fax tray at the top. Is it possible to order that part?

Problem with the HP OfficeJet 6110 All-In-One InkJet Printer

The part you need is called the ADF Input Tray; Hewlett Packard no longer supplies this part.

You could try North America

I have a HP Officejet All-in- One. Fax won't go through

We have a Hewlett packard officejet t45 all-in-one. We recently bought a new computer that didn't have a LPT1 port, only usb ports. So we bought a usb cable and now it only prints. I then went on the Hewlett Packard website and did some searching and reading and found that our all-in-one printer requires a LPT1 port and cable to work properly. If that is the same with you, you can buy a LPT1 card with the port to install in your computer.

HP Officejet 6110 stops printing. Installation of updated software and drivers stops without any warning

Try a complete uninstall:
Unplug the USB cable from your PC.
Go to Control panel add or remove programs. and delete all the entries you see for HP.( If it promts a restart do not restart now)
Then open my computer> C:drive> Program files> and delete the HP Folder only (not Hewlett Packard)
Then Open C:drive> Program files> Common Files and then delete HP and Hewlett Packard folder.
Then Go to C:Drive> Windows> Temp and empty the temp folder as much as you can.
Then go to Recycle bin and empty recycle bin.
Then Insert the All-In-One CD and cancel the installation process.
Open the content of the CD> and open Util folder> Then CCC> Then click on Uninstall_L4 and follow the on screen process.
After all restart the computer.

And if possible download the latest printer driver from HP website and install the same
Let me Know if any problem

Good Luck

Prints part of the page and then restarts

Connect it back to the computer and verify it's still working properly that way. It does indeed sound like a compatibility issue, but it may be correctable with a quick chat with the friendly folks at NetGear.
