Camera won't turn off/on, lens won't retract, beeps three times

Samsung L830 - had this camera for a year and a half. The first month that we had it we dropped it but it's worked fine since then. Now suddenly it won't work. The lens is out and won't retract. The camera won't turn all the way on - I press the power button and the blue power light comes on but nothing elses happens - well sometimes it beeps three times and then nothing else. I can't get the power light to turn off unless I remove the battery. I've tried everything I can think of to fix it with no luck. Any suggestions?
