Question about Apple iPod touch
Its 16 gig , just minutes before it happened this is what i did, i got to the app store and tried to buy a free app but then i typed a different password to a different email or itunes account suddenly it freezed a little then i decided to turn it off and now it wont slide to open!! :(
If you try connecting it to itunes and then go to the ipod category, you should see a button down the bottom of the page saying "factory reset" or something of that equivelant. This will wipe your ipod and then you can just sinc. the songs from your library. If this doesn't work it could be something wrong with your hardware and contact apple to see if u can get a refund/replacement.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
