Question about Whirlpool Duet GHW9150P Front Load Washer
I have tried several different ways of washing the clothes, all with the same outcome: everything is all twisted together. Pant legs are the worst, you can't even iron the wrinkles out of the jeans. My scrubs, sheets, towels, you name it, it will twist up. Have tried washing big loads, small loads, medium loads, normal, delicate, gentle, heavy duty...nothing changes the outcome. Funny thing is that I don't remember it always being like this! PLease help.
Fredkat2001, We are sorry to hear about your Washer twisting your clothing. Please make sure that you are loading garments in loose heaps evenly around the basket wall. We also would recommend mixing types of load items. If you try these troubleshooting tips and you are still in need of help can you please email usyour address, phone number, the model and serial number, the website you were contacted on, Fixya, your review ID, and date of purchase to Whirlpool_Digital@whirlpool.com?
