Ocassionally you can find replacement parts on Ebay, but if the external screen you are referring to is the chassis screen - typically a clear portal in the case to see the actual display, then this is integral to the case and is not replaceable.

1)check continuity on the speaker with a multimeter. 2)check the external speaker jack for open contact 3)try to use an external speaker (with a plug). if none of this works,then trace back the wires with the schematic.

This is known as wow and flutter. It's generally caused by the belt being lose on a belt drive turntable or the motor on a direct drive one. The motor can cause it too on a belt turntable!
