Visual Land VL-507k series It plays 10 seconds of a song then skips to the next song

Its because the songs are set to shuffle every 10 seconds. Click on a song (any song will do) hit pause so it stops playing. Click on the gear icon at the top right of the screen. Scroll down the list to "Advanced" then make sure "Replay Interva" is set at 1. If it already is I would contact Visual Land Support witch can be found here: http://www.visual-land.com/support_form.html

to delete song plug it on a computer and delete the song you want to delete. ::)

I am afraid that I can not be too specific, but your have enabled the equivalent of "Scan" on a car radio, it sounds like. Maybe called Song Preview or Sample. In your main menu, you must find play options and disable it. It will likely be in the same menu as Shuffle

The output jack is bad if it is the same ear.

Visual land only plays AMV. Video files

check the settings see if some kind of demo mode is on

try going into settings and switching off the intro mode

you can get a data recovery program to get the songs back do a google search

WAHA i've fixed it it was on repeat intro which means it plays the first quarter of he song so pretty much try to look at the repeat button and see if it is on that.....

My Insignia MP3 player had a weird malfunction. it was fine on my ride up to school ( about 8-8:30 am)...but then after i finished band practice (6:00 pm) the music would play but the screen didn't come on..it just turned this dark blue-ish color. So i cant see the words, pics, or ANYTHING..

someone please help...its not even a year old!
