Question about Panasonic TH-42PD50U 42 in. Plasma EDTV
I have a 42" Panasonic plasma that the left half of the screen is good but the right side has 4 vertical lines evenly spaced and between them the lines are running diagonally. You can see the picture trying to come thru the lines. Do you know what is causing this? Panasonic said they never read of this problem.
It sounds like your Plasma was dropped on the right side and some of the internal wires came lose from the circlet board. 1. Is Panasonic or Vendor willing to replace it; if not, I say go ahead and open it up and see if you can find the damaged circlet. 2. Easy way trash it and purchase a new one just not from the same vendor.
