Question about Logitech Internet 1500 Laser (967743-0403) Keyboard and Mouse
I Was Using My Mouse Fine As Of About A Week Ago Then I Needed To Get Closer To The Reciever Up To The Point That I Had To Be Up Against It.
So I Got A New Mouse.
Now It's Happening With My Keyboard!!!
I am sure that you might have done the basic things however I just wanted to be sure:
I just wanted to be sure that you recharged the batteries. Also make sure that you remove the batteries when the keyboard or mouse is not in use.
Ones you insert the cherged batteries then try connecting the keyboard/mouse to the receiver again and that should work fine.
Also make sure that if you are using the mouse ane keyboard on mettalic platform, make use of mousepad.
Please let me know if that helps.
