If it's just the drivers you can anytime look for them using the Google.You should save all your photos in any other drive other then C drive or in any other flash/external drive you can save it in your cell phone and later on load it back to PC.Make sure while you install windows you don't format the drive you have put your photos in.
By default C Drive is meant for installing windows.
