Its a keypad problem. For solving this problem, simply take out these keys out by pulling them outward and then clean the socket-type granule below it. And then again replace the keys to their location. Surely these keys will start working.

Your keyboard is not responding after entering into the bios. Do one thing, use an usb keyboard then go to bios and update the bios first. It may solve the problem. If the problem is still there then you have a faulty laptop, change it.

How do a complete factory restore on dell inspiron 1525 when after f8 it says unable to locate file?

Dell.com supply "rescue disks" as do many sites on the net. I think that is possibly the only way to go.
Errors on the hard drive possibly caused the error in the file system, or the master file table has been corrupted.
Hope it helps.

How do i get my enter button back on my inspiron 1525?

The keys just pop on and off. If the key will not snap back on, then the keyboard will most likely need replacement.
Replacement keyboards are less than $20

My f key is not working properly on my Dell Inspiron 1525

I think maybe somehow the "s" key is sticking or is messing up. You can try cleaning the "f" and the "s" keys with a damp q-tip and see if that helps but if it doesn't then your only other option is to replace the keyboard.
