Question about RIM BlackBerry? Curve 8330 Cellular Phone
Is it old? or even if it's not, do you have the insurance/warranty through your provider? if so, I would get a new phone immediately rather than trying to fix this. It doesn't sound fixable. At the very least before getting the new phone, bring it to your provider's store and have it seen by a technician. They are actually pretty good at fixing a variety of problems. And if they can't fix it, I'm sure they can walk you through the process of getting a new one, or at least direct you to someone who can assist you.
Please do accept the solution and revert for further assistance.
