My mp3 player, model #: H100A or HA072G142QC3VV, freezes on me at the RCA screen when loading. Then the next screen says, FAT Error! Plz connect UMS device format. The screen after says, HDD. What is that mean? When my music screen comes on it lets me scroll but with no words & when I select the music symbol it freezes again. Then to turn it off I have to hold the on/off button for a long time. When I connect it to the computer it doesn't even show up in windows media player, it just keeps saying please connect a device.
