Check every possible open "door" in the printer. Be certain that the cartridges are installed correctly. Check for even a small jam. If all else fails, "slam" the cover. Good luck

follow the steps below on how to successfully update your printer:
After successfully updating your printer, open the printer cover > re-insert the printhead > close the printer cover.
