Is the unit plugged in or are the batteries fully charged?

If so, and you cannot get the screen to work, how old is the unit? If it is under 12 months old please contact your retailer with proof of purchase and ask them to request a replacement under warranty.

turn both the nursery and parent units off.

turn on the parent unit.

hold menu for 5 secs until it beeps.

turn on the nursery unit.

press and hold the little round blue light at the top for about 5 second until it beeps.

the parent unit waits for the signal then pairs.

I'm having the same problem with the view. I have sound but no picture... I charged it over night and started to use it, But the video keeps turning off and all i get is the sound, i have to keep pressing video on. I have read a lot of peoples problems and this is a major one.... I'm taking it back to babies r us ! so much for 140.00 bucks !!!!!!!

There are two options: There is athree way switch on the back of the base. switch to `sound only``.
Or you can disconect the sensor`s cord from the base

Press MENU once.

Press UP arrow until the swinging tick indicator is no longer showing (just movement and sound)

Press SELECT.
