Why can't I login or recieve emails from the site?

Which email Account used and which types of error given. Please Share you information. But If you are ask outlook or free email account like hotmail, gmail, or facebook..etc. then mostly password wrong type then your email account not login. So first right email id or password given. If you are forgot password or id then i share a link please visit and follow instruction step by step.

The good new is, it is impossible for a hacker to change your login username so it's probably just a typing error. If not, and if you were hacked, then they may have attached a different e-mail address to your account name and are using that to login. E-mail or call Blizzard and explain the situation for best results.

When you receive this kind of email AND you click in the link provided, you are giving the scammer your username and password.

You MUST open a new browser windows, go to facebook website (typing the website address, DO NOT click links to go to that site) and Login with your username and password.

If you are able to login, Change your password Immediately!

If you still not able to login to your facebook account, click the link "Forgot password" from the login page.


Please ignore the emails from people telling you "Your account is suspended..." or "Suspicious activity". It is only a scam.

you need to login to login page of gmail home page and click on I can't access my account under user ID and password box, then select forgot the password and then you will get options
To recover your Gmail password, please begin with these steps:

1. Visit our password recovery page.
2. Enter your username.
3. Click Submit.

If Gmail accepted your username, you'll now see a CAPTCHA (letters in a distorted picture).

Then you will recieve an email for you new password.

I have tried to re set my password, they e mailed me and told me to click on it and follow the site.It won't let me do this so I tried to copy and paste but I don't know where to find the"browser" Can you please help?

you can, if you have an internet connection to your phone and a pop3 and smtp account on your email.

On jam, go to messaging >Accounts>Outlook E-Mail>Account>New Account...>Enter your e-mail Address: >next>next>Your Name>Username (Put your email login username)> Password (Your E-mail Password)>Account Type (POP3 is OK)>incoming mail (pop3 address, for gmail ,its pop.gmail.com)>Outgoing Mail (smtp server, like smtp.gmail.com)>Domain (if any)>finish.

then to connect, Accounts>connect.
