Question about Dishwashers
There should not be water in the bottom. It's possible it's not draining completely which usually means a clogged hose. It can also be there is something under the screen filter that has blocked the hole. Also, I had installed one that didn't drain completely because the drain hose was not high enough. It should be higher than the dishwasher, and if they installed it under the cabinets and attached to the sink drain, the entry must be above trap. I hope this helps some.
