SOURCE: how to rebuild a 17hp briggs & strattion motor

Get the date code and model off the rewind cover, Jacks small engines sells kits complete along with others. If you are a hobbyist go for it but in the long run is it a greater value to purchase a short block instead.

How do you lower the seat on a 26 inch huffy backwater with rust?

you might need to spray liquid wrench on it and let it soak in then try using a pipe wrench because it's not going to come out without a fight. make sure you don't bang wrench on frame or put a wrench on frame because it will damage it and make the bike unusable.

I have a broken derailer cable on an old huffy backwater bike where can I get a new one?

You can buy one from most neighbourhood bike repair shops. This should be a pretty standard item for them.

I am trying to assemble my bike, Huffy Ladies' Savannah Road Bike and don't have full instructions in the manual how many inches is Huffy Ladies' Savannah Road Bike ? 24" or 26"

The only Savannah bike that Huffy lists is a 26" (700C Wheels) mountain bike. Some details are available here: http://www.huffy.com/Products/Product.aspx?pid=380'5'16 . Huffy has the assembly instructions available on their site: http://www.huffy.com/Support/BikeAssembly.aspx . The direct link to the manual is: http://www.huffy.com/ExternalLink.aspx?url=/pdf/ownersmanuals/b5cdef6e-94bb-4bfb-9996-832637c144b8.pdf .

I hope this helps. If you have a different Huffy bicycle, start here: http://www.huffy.com/Default.aspx .

I have a Huffy 3speed "Sea Trails" 26' mens

Best to take into a bike shop, Internal hubs are tricky even with exploded views. The only source for these views I know of is Barnett repair manuals (most shops have them), but they do not provide free product from Barnett.

http://www.sheldonbrown.com/sw.html

There are a number of brands and models of 3-speed hubs you need to know at least the brand and model to get an accurate exploded view and better yet the year as they change. Shimano and a few other manufactures do make exploded views available for replacement parts but the barnett manual actually tells you "how" to fix it.

Need a owners manual for a huffy pulsar 26 mountan bike

Huffy only has generic manuals. The manual for all multi-speed, free-wheel bicycles is here: http://www.huffy.com/ExternalLink.aspx?url=/pdf/ownersmanuals/b5cdef6e-94bb-4bfb-9996-832637c144b8.pdf . If the direct link doesn't work, try http://www.huffy.com/Support/OwnersManuals.aspx and scroll to the bottom of the page.

I hope this helps.

Need a bearing size or part number to replace a pedal bearing in a huffy stone mountain multi speed 26" bike

Pedal bearing or bottom bracket bearing? Your best bet would be to take it to a local Bike Shop and have them assess it.
