You may have inadvertently enabled a Preview mode on your MP3 player. Many of the old CD players had this, so you could listen to the first 10-20 seconds of a song and then move on. I would try resetting the settings on your MP3 player to Factory Settings and seeing if this fixes the problem.

My impecca 1825 only plays a song for 10 sec. I

Go into Menu, then Music, u will see an option to 'repeat'. That is what you need to select. It goes against logic but it is how I got mine to play more than the intro to my songs.

The ma933a nextar model skips over songs every 10 secs!

you have the play mode set to "intro",
how to solve this;
1) start playing a song.
2)Press the "Mode" button quickly, don't hold it down, just press it quick.
3)Select Play Mode by pressing the Mode button
4)Select "N" normal

all done.

make sure what your putting on is MP3 or unprotected WMA files. If the light is blinking, then it means its playing the song, if you hear nothing, the audio is not in the correct format.

Help with copying music to my mp3

I have the same player. Are you just dragging and dropping songs on to the player? I use Windows Media Player 10 to put music on the player. It has a function called SYNC. What that does is take your music from WMA 10 (WMA, MP3 files, etc...) and transfers them to your mp3 player. You might give that a shot. Also, WMA 10 should recognize your player and let you connect with it.

With the numbering, DO NOT put it as 1 2 3 4 5 etc. Instead, use 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 etc. That will solve it.
