Question about HP OfficeJet 6110xi All-In-One Thermal Printer
We set up the HP Office Jet 7460 with a wireless connection three weeks ago, and on Monday, we can no longer print to the wireless printer. The laptop in the same room can still print via wireless connection, but the desk top cannot. I am at a loss to why the connection between the printer and the computer is disrupted. We are using Windows Vista.
this issue might appear if your printer is not communicating with the wireless
you can check the connectivity by pinging the ip address of the printer from the desktop.
also you may try to detect the printer by running add a device from the printer cd
this is some serious troubleshooting and requires a technician to help you while you do the steps,
you can get a technician for this printer issue absolutely free
just contact them on their address found on my blog
