Question about Microsoft Flight Simulator X for Windows
I can shut down the engines on all FSX aircraft except the Lear 45. What gives?
Press Shift+4 and that will pop up the sub panel , the two red switches (Fuel Control) below the throttles will have to be switched off.
Next use Shift+5 to bring up the next sub panel. You need to press the 'L-ENG-R' STOP switches to shut the Engines down.
There are also the APU and IGNITION switches, 4 Electrical Power switches and 3 Hydraulic switches which I guess should be switched off if you want to keep some juice in the batteries in real life.
Also make sure you are not in Pause mode when you're doing those procedures or you won't hear the spooling down or up of the engines.
Hope this helps yoshicarats

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
