Question about Le Creuset Q9500.67 Electric Kettle
I cannot get the black off the bottom. Please help... this has been my "go-to" pot for 30 years
Go buy a scraper for a ceramic hob and a can of barbeque or oven cleaner.
Spray the cleaner on and leave it for 15 minutes put on a pair of rubber gloves and use the scraper to break the surface of the burnt on stuff.
Make sure you keep the blade of the scraper as flat as possible to the surface of the pot.
Once you have scored some of the surface spry on some more cleaner and repeat the process
I clean off burnt casserole dishes using that method

I always boil full fat milk (carefull not to let it boil over). Take it off the heat and allow to cool. When cool, lightly rub the burn areas with a non-scratch scouring pad.
This solution is best done as soon as you burn the pot to save it but it has restored older pans of mine.
