Question about Motorola Mobility MOTOKRZR K1 Cellular Phone
When I receive a text, the message shows up with the phone # not the name of the person. All these people are contacts in my phone, and I have the area code included in all their numbers. One of the salesmen at the store said that it is a problem that only seems to be encountered with Motorola phones. Any ideas on how i can maybe fix this?
Are the names in twice - once from the SIM and the phone memory - sometimes phones don't like it when there are 2 possible choices.
The other thing is that there could be an issue with the number formats. Is the incoming ID formatted in exactly the same way as the number in the phone xxx-xxxx or xxx xxxx
