Question about Canon Office Equipment & Supplies
I changed my toner cartridge today and I am getting blank paper when I copy now. I thought it was the toner cartridge so I have returned the first one and the second one is doing the same thing. I have tried taking the cartridge out and putting it back in, still I get blank pages when I copy. Is there a way I can fix this problem?
Having 2 (defective?) cartridges that behave in exactly the same way seems too unlikely to me. So I have to ask the obvious question....did you pull the seal to release the toner? If it's an original there should be one, if it's remanufactured, there may or may not be one on it.
