I have a Great Wall Wingle 2.5 diesel turbo which is six and half month old and it has past 2 months after the second service and the oil level is dropping. Is that normal? If so, why? Since Service form the distributing company is not available in my country within the last 2 months, what is best to do?
Check for any oil leaks at gaskets and check exhaust for blue smoke.IT may be a failing turbo. The great wall car is china made and fortunately the engines are off the shelf units from other motor companies such as Mitsubishi. You may have to enquire as to how you would get warranty. if the dealer closed up. Ask on line from the importer of the car or from the manufacturer them selves. I would be checking for oil inside the turbo shells as to exhaust seal or inlet seal as the turbo would be the obvious failure if it is shut down to soon. If you can establish the maker of the engine then spares will be available from a dealer service spares that sells that engine
