It could be that you are too far away from the router. It could also be interference by other wireless networks in your area that are using the same channel as yours.

Try doing a wireless scan using netstumbler. It should tell you what wireless networks are around, and what channel they are using. Try and find a channel that is less populated. Typically setting your wireless router to channel 1, but it depends on how populated your other channels are.

Good Luck.

I have mtnl connection with D-link modem (502T) My connection get disconnected in between download so is there anyway that my modem could restart it self when it looses internet connection.

Signal strength drop or fluctuation are common causes of RF interference.

Try these basic troubleshooting steps:
  • Change the channel on your access point or wireless router.
  • Change the location of your wireless products. Subtle changes (2-3 feet) can make a big difference. Do not put the access point or wireless router in a cabinet or enclosure.
  • 2.4GHz phones, X-10, and bluetooth devices will interfere with your wireless network. Change the location of the base for your phone, or downgrade to 900Mhz phones, or upgrade to 5.8GHz phones.
  • The wireless signal will degrade (or die completely) when going through brick (fireplace), metal (file cabinet), steel, lead, mirrors, water (fish tank), large appliances, glass, etc.
If your wireless connection is only dropping during large file transfers or when a large number of wireless clients are connecting, change the preamble on all wireless devices to short.

Engenius eap-3660 access points channels chashing.

This is a massive and expensive network, which appears to require a full signal and configuration audit. It's quite possible that many of your problems are stemming from the APs you have already deployed being situated in suboptimal and conflicting locations, which is an issue with three-dimensional wireless networks.
I really don't see your problems being debugged by anyone short of an experienced on-site wireless network technician. I'm saying this as a person who tuns a one-man company serving two rural communities with wireless internet service.
Sorry.
