Curved/warped and completely out of convergence Image

If I draw a circle that spans top and bottom of the screen, the center image within this circle is kind of OK. The image is better for the area closer to the center point of the screen.

However, any area outside this circule is completely curved/warped and out of convergence. I can see the Red, Blue, Green curved/warped images separated completely with the worst being at the four corners.

Appreciate any suggestions.
