Question about Saws
All you need to do is find a motor with the correct frame and the same size arbor, so the pulley will fit. The hp is up to you.
The NEMA frame size should be on the motor plate of your current motor. Here are a couple of links to nema and IEC (metric) frame sizes, in case you can't find it. Baldor is a reputable brand, but others are easily available online. See here, for example.
