Question about LG VX8300 Cellular Phone
Same problem....i found a neat solution to this one..see if it works for you too...i simply charged my phone as much as possible, drove to a nearby lake(you should do this while its light outside for best effect's to be noticed), and then i THROUGH the damn thing as farrrrr as possible..be sure that you spend the time so as to take it all in..then, go to your nearest retailer and get any new phone that does not say LG on the front...it worked for me and i'm glad to say that it definetly decreased any homicidile thoughts i had been having due to the issue.

I called Verizon and the tech had me plug it into the wall and shut it off and on while it was plugged in. Sure enough the note of car kit went away. The phone is working fine now.

We sprayed the place where you connect it to charger with compressed air and it would come out of car kit. Had to carry the air can and spray it a couple times but it has been out of car kit since.

If you can open the phone try cleaning it near the system connector. The pads of the system connector may be not connecting properly or there could be a bad connector. There is a switching IC that switches from headphones to phone mic and speakers. this chip may be damaged or lines to it may have got corroded due to moisture.
